Can anyone book online?
The online booking facility is available to anyone, however if you are not registered the full rate for the activity will be charged. If you register with a Space card you may be entitled to a discounted rate.

My details are not recognised when trying to register
Make sure you enter BBC as well as the number shown on your Space card.

How do I pay?
For online payments we accept either credit or debit card payments. There is no administration fee per transaction on bookings.

Can I cancel my booking?
Online cancellations will be accepted up to 90 minutes before the session however pre-paid bookings will not be refunded. Where no payment is required for the booking, it is obviously better to cancel if you are unable to attend to free the place up for another member, however all cancellations by members will be monitored for abuse of the system.

As a parent, can I book junior activities on behalf of my children using my Space card?
No, you will only be able to view and book the activities that your adult membership type allows you to take part in. Junior/concession bookings must be made using the Space card of the member who will be taking part in the activity.

I am a full Clear member however the system shows a charge for activities.
Check that you are logged in correctly on the site. If you are, it is possible that your direct debit payment has not been made this month. If in doubt please contact the leisure centre for assistance.

Can I choose a specific court when I book?
Although the system allows you to choose a specific court or courts when you book, there may be occasions when we have to change this. When you attend the centre you need to report to reception and the court number will be confirmed. Please note that the same card cannot be used to book adjacent courts.
